RCC Exists Because Counselors Need Support Too
✔ Christian counselors spend their lives helping others heal.
✔ But the counselor’s own mind, soul, and calling need care too.
✔ RCC was created to give counselors a place to be known, supported, and strengthened.
Christian Counselors Need More Than Another Resource Library
✔ Articles help.
✔ Trainings help.
✔ Tools help.
But counselors also need people.
Without community, the work can become lonely, heavy, and hard to sustain.
We Understand the Weight of Christian Counseling
✔ You may have clinical peers who do not share your faith.
✔ You may have church friends who do not understand your work.
✔ RCC brings those worlds together with wisdom, humility, and care.

Our Mission Is Simple: Connect, Consult, and Flourish
Our mission is simple: To help Christian counselors connect with one another, consult with wisdom, and flourish in their calling. RCC is built around three core movements:
Connect
Find real community with Christian counselors who understand your work.
Consult
Bring hard questions, complex cases, and ethical concerns into trusted conversation.
Flourish
Grow as a counselor without carrying the weight alone.

Why This Community Matters
Christian counseling is too important to carry alone. Christian counselors often work at the intersection of clinical complexity, ethical responsibility, spiritual conviction, and human suffering. That work requires more than skill. It requires support. Remnant Counselor Collective gives Christian counselors a place to connect with peers, consult about real practice challenges, access helpful training, and find resources shaped by both clinical wisdom and Christian faith. When counselors are supported, they can serve with greater clarity, humility, resilience, and care.
